Client Referral Terms

To receive a referral fee for a new client several rules apply...

• You must be the first person to give us the name of the client you are referring.
  
• You must include the name of the person who does the hiring.
  
• The client must be capable of hiring contractors or telling someone under him/her to use our service.
  
• We must place someone with the client.
  
• We must be able to collect from the client in a timely manner without lawsuit or settlement.
  
• You must register for employment with us and include your ExpertIT ID on the referral.
  
• We will pay $100 per person per month for the first year we have this client for this referral.
  
• We will increase that to $150 per person per month if you refer 3 or more clients at which we place people.
  
• You will receive an extra $100 for a personal introduction to the clients' hiring manager that gets us into his/her office for a presentation.

If you make client referral through our on-line tool and have not heard from us within 7 days please call because something didn't work right, We would like to know and make sure you get the bucks when it is coming.
